"Needed help after a few big storms and they refuse to pay out claiming a few shingles from 60 ft away cause the flooding in 4 rooms on opposite side of house because they cant find the problem or dont want to find. Sent incompetent adjuster to falsely make up times to max out depreciation and issues to not pay out. Green dot is where shingles could not be found and put back blue circle is all the flooded rooms. Mold everywhere because they refuse to pay for damages because they cant see them. But flooded rooms say otherwise. They say paint will fix it. They tell you they will cover it if something ever happens that is why it cost so much more."
